Hace cientos de años la civilización Nabatea construyo esta ciudad en mitad de un desierto y en el fondo de un desfiladero de casi un kilometro. Para ser gente que vivía del comercio realmente estaban bien escondidos. Una vez que desaparecieron fueron necesarios cientos de años para que los exploradores modernos encontrasen esta maravilla. Dentro del valle, de imposible acceso, se encuentran santuarios, varios templos, casas y cientos de tumbas. Ciudad de Petra, Jordania.

Centuries ago the Nabatean cicilization built this city in the middle of the desert and inside a half mile long deep gorge. Being people that thrived on commerce they really were very well hidden. Once they were extinguished hundreds of years went by before modern explorers found this wonder. Inside the valley, of impossible access, we find churchs, sanctuaries, houses and hundreds of burial places. City of Petra, Jordania. |
